Return and Refund Policy

At Enayara, we understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel or request a refund for your order. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and have implemented a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you do so before the order is processed. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Refund:

We offer a full refund for eligible orders, subject to the deduction of handling charges within 7 to 10 days. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to promptly address any concerns and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Handling Charges:

When processing a refund, we deduct handling charges from the total amount. These charges cover the administrative costs associated with processing the order, packaging, and shipping. The exact amount of handling charges will be communicated to you at the time of refund initiation.

Return:

You can place return request within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the return and arrange for a reverse pickup. Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a QC process. If it passes, a store credit will be issued. Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please note: store credit will be given after a deduction of INR 200/- 

Refund Process:

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the order. Please note that it may take 5 to 7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

Exceptions:

There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted. These include:

  • Orders that have already been processed and shipped
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Orders that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above
